I am Highly creative, passionate and experienced UX / CX Designer. Service designer and a researcher, working on user experience strategies accross Human Centred Design, including GEL, accessibility audit, heuristic evaluation, contextual enquiries, user research, ethnographic research, information architecture, end to end product design, Service Design and Data synthesis.

With 16+ years of Collective experience, I Have 7+ years of experience working in e-commerce industry working in B2B and B2C Retail sector, over 5 years of Agency Experience working with various government and energy organisations, Over 4 years of working in IT, finance and corporate industry.
