Solution:

As the Senior UX/UI Designer at NAB, I spearheaded the redesign of the credit application tool to address these challenges and enhance the overall customer experience.

Approach:

Audience Research:
Conducted stakeholder interviews and audience surveys to understand the information needs and preferences of target audiences for each platform. Identified key messaging and content themes to resonate with diverse stakeholders.

Content Strategy:
Collaborated with subject matter experts and educators to curate and develop engaging and informative content for the advocacy website, education website, and resources hub. Created multimedia resources, including articles, infographics, videos, and interactive tools, to communicate complex CCS concepts in accessible formats.

UX/UI Design:
Designed user-friendly interfaces for each platform, prioritizing intuitive navigation and accessibility. Developed wireframes and prototypes to visualize the user journey and gather feedback for iterative design improvements.

Development and Integration:
Utilized content management systems (CMS) and e-learning platforms to build and customize the advocacy website, education website, and resources hub. Integrated features such as search functionality, interactive modules, and social sharing capabilities to enhance user engagement and accessibility.

Promotion and Outreach:
Implemented digital marketing strategies to promote the launch of the advocacy website, education website, and resources hub. Leveraged social media channels, email newsletters, and partnerships with educational institutions and advocacy organizations to reach target audiences and drive traffic to the platforms.

Monitoring and Evaluation:
Implemented analytics tracking and user feedback mechanisms to monitor platform performance and gather insights into user behavior and preferences. Conducted periodic reviews and usability testing to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.

Outcome

Advocacy Website: The CCS advocacy website serves as a comprehensive resource for promoting the benefits of CCS technology and advocating for its widespread adoption. Interactive features, compelling visuals, and engaging storytelling have effectively captured the attention of policymakers, industry leaders, and the general public, driving increased awareness and support for CCS initiatives.

Education Website: The CCS education website provides educators, students, and the public with accessible and engaging resources to learn about CCS science, technology, and applications. The user-friendly interface and diverse content offerings have facilitated knowledge dissemination and fostered a deeper understanding of CCS among diverse audiences.

Awareness Program Resources Hub: The awareness program resources hub serves as a centralized repository for educational materials, outreach tools, and campaign resources related to CCS awareness and engagement. Stakeholders involved in promoting CCS awareness have access to a wealth of resources to support their advocacy efforts and outreach initiatives.
